Our Beginnings
Thrive Social Consulting started as a ground-up initiative named COVID-19 Taskforce for Non-Profits, founded by a group of students and working professionals who have been actively volunteering with the social sector. Beyond the pandemic, we seek to strengthen Singapore’s social sector by future-proofing change agents and creating enduring impact alongside them.

Mark Yeo
Managing Director
Mark is a Managing Director of Thrive Social Consulting. He is passionate about topics on sustainability and the arts, being always on the lookout for good literary fiction in hopes of better understanding himself and the world around us. In his spare time, he enjoys indulging in hiking and photography. Mark graduated Summa Cum Laude from Singapore Management University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
Su Wei Zhe
Managing Director
Wei Zhe is a Managing Director of Thrive Social Consulting. He previously served as the training director for NTU Thrive Social Consulting, equipping batches of student consultants with the necessary skills to better support Thrive’s social
sector partners across a wide range of strategic topics. Wei Zhe is currently a Penultimate student at Nanyang Technological University pursuing a double degree in Business and Business Analytics.
Yi Han
Managing Director
Yi Han is a Managing Director of Thrive Social Consulting. He is passionate about topics on operational efficiency and volunteer engagement. Yi Han graduated with First Class Honours from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor’s of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering and Bachelor’s of Social Sciences in Economics.
Esther Chong
Co-Founder
Esther is a Co-founder of Thrive Social Consulting and Consultant at Oliver Wyman. Passionate about creating social impact through skills-based volunteering, she brings with her 6+ years of consulting for non-profits and social enterprises. Esther graduated with a Double Degree in Social Sciences and Accountancy from Singapore Management University and was awarded the SMU Salutatorian Award in 2022.
Fara Natasha
Co-Founder
Fara is a Co-founder of Thrive Social Consulting and Strategy & Planning Senior Associate at UNA Brands. She has been actively involved in the social sector since her university days. Fara graduated from Singapore Management University with a double major in Politics, Law and Economics and Finance.
Gabriel Ang
Co-Founder
Gabriel is a Co-founder of Thrive Social Consulting and Consultant at Boston
Consulting Group. He has been actively involved in social sector consulting since his university days. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Singapore
Management University with a Bachelor's Degree in Science (Economics).
Sammie Lim
Co-Founder
Sammie is a Co-founder of Thrive Social Consulting and Senior Consultant at Oliver Wyman. She is passionate about social impact and is always looking for new ideas and opportunities to drive change in our society. Sammie graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Double Degree in Economics and Business Management from Singapore Management University.
