The Voices of Our Volunteers
Thrive has been a great opportunity for me to use my skills from consulting to solve pressing challenges faced by non-profits. I’m now on my third project with Thrive, and have been very impressed by the students’ commitment to creating social good and producing impressive deliverables for our non-profit clients.
– Justin Lee, Project Advisor, Consultant at EY Parthenon
I learnt a lot from my project advisor and engagement lead throughout the course of the project. I enjoyed the exposure I had working with such capable people.
– Marcel Lim, Consulting Associate
The deep-dive enabled my team and I to deliver a unique deliverable for our client, with positive long term implications for our end beneficiaries. I am proud to have worked with my team, and with the Thrive leadership's support, to have made a lasting impact in the social sector.
– Neel Modha, Engagement Lead
Volunteering with Thrive involved a lot of hard work and I was always so impressed and motivated to keep pressing on and giving my best by my fellow group mates, who always came through and delivered quality work each week despite themselves being busy with school and other commitments. Our hard work was worth it when our partners conveyed their gratitude and expressed how our fresh perspectives helped them in their efforts to conduct initiatives for the benefit of society.
– Naimi Nasser, Consulting Associate, NCSS
I really enjoyed the team meetings, where we had rigorous discussions around our research to deliver the best insights to the client
