Here is an overview of the different projects with various Non-Profits that we have supported since we started

We worked with Disabled People’s Association Singapore on a corporate donor engagement project, helping them to identify their unique value proposition to attract donors for their new flagship programme that promotes sexuality education for youths with disabilities (DisOrdinary Love).

We worked with Salvation Army on a strategic planning project, helping them to redefine and strengthen their Unique Value Proposition and programme offerings, with the end goal of engaging corporate donors and volunteers to further enhance their work.

We worked with MYMCA on a strategic planning project, redefining their Unique Value Proposition and developing a new flagship programme targeted at helping to shape youths to become social change leaders of tomorrow.

We worked with Ground-Up Initiative (GUI) on a strategic planning project, supporting GUI in articulating its value proposition, and redefining its operating model. We delivered a 3-year business plan which allowed GUI to crystallise its aspiration while achieving financial sustainability.

"Singapore Cancer Society has benefited tremendously from the effort of our project beyond just the agreed outcome. Working together with Thrive also allowed us to raise awareness and insight to members of the project group about the issues of cancer faced by the community and the urgent gaps we need to plug collectively. My team appreciated and enjoyed working with the project team in Thrive."
